We want you to love your gear, but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item’s damaged or faulty, hit us up within 3 days from date of delivery, and we’ll sort it out with a refund, exchange - no stress. Just email us at fun@funfunfun.au with a photo and your order number.

 

Returning Items

Please request an return by emailing fun@funfunfun.au

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our return location. So please take care when packaging the item, and consider transit cover.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The returned merchandise accompanies proof of purchase;

  • The merchandise is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

  • When your return is received and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging, in as new condition, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and you will bear the cost of returning your item.

Missing Items

All claims regarding items missing from packaging must be made within three business days of signing for the parcel.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve got your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached to be eligible for return.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind - so make sure you’re 100% stoked on your purchase before you checkout!
